Below are some sample menus. It is important for us to discuss your catering needs with you regarding your facility choice, date of the event, and your budget. If you have a special menu request, we will do our best to accommodate you.

  Hors D’oeuvres

Snacks
Assorted fresh fruit and cheese trays – served with assorted crackers, tortilla chips with nacho cheese and salsa, pretzels, popcorn, and nuts.

Design Your Own
Choose any 5 of the following: chicken drummettes, sweet & sour or Italian meatballs, fresh mozzarella-tomato-basil appetizers, Teriyaki chicken, smoky salmon spread with dill served on cucumber slices, deviled eggs, tortellini with pesto and vodka sauce, and stuffed mushrooms. This menu includes a fresh fruit and vegetable tray and a dessert tray.

Elegant Hors D’oeuvres
Choose any 3 of the above and add: steamed shrimp, crabmeat appetizers, and bruschetta.

Luncheon

Twin Sandwich Combo
Assorted sandwiches on mini Kaiser rolls with your choices of roast beef, ham, turkey, and corned beef. Homemade potato salad, cole slaw, and an assorted relish tray are included. Also included are lettuce, tomatoes, and appropriate condiments.

Italian Lunch
An assortment of meatball, sweet Italian sausage & peppers and roasted vegetables. Served with a pasta salad and a green salad with assorted dressings and chips.

Wrap It Up
An exciting array of gourmet sandwich wraps including grilled vegetables, grilled Portobello mushrooms, smoked ham, turkey, Swiss cheese, and provolone on pesto, tomato, and plain flour tortillas. Add our homemade potato and pasta salad for an exciting lunch.

Open Sesame
Open-faced hot turkey or roast beef sandwiches served with a fresh vegetable and green salad.

Grilled Chicken Breast
Served with potato salad, lettuce, tomato, and cole slaw.

All-American Lunch
Grilled hamburgers, hot dogs with sauerkraut steamed in beer, potato salad, cole slaw, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, chips, and salsa.

Dinner
Our dinners include a salad bar, your choice of entrée, assorted dinner rolls, appropriate potato, pasta, rice, fresh vegetable, dessert, and coffee.
